Processing & Dispatch Times

Made to order: Most items are printed to order. Our standard dispatch time is 3–5 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays).

Popular small items: Frequently ordered smaller parts are often dispatched sooner than 3–5 days when production capacity allows.
- If your order contains a mix of small and large items, we’ll aim to dispatch together. We may split the shipment if it speeds things up (you’ll only pay shipping once).
Shipping Methods
We ship from the UK using Royal Mail tracked services. Delivery timeframes below are estimates after dispatch and not guaranteed.
United Kingdom

Royal Mail Tracked – typically 1-2 working day after dispatch
International (outside the UK)

Royal Mail International Tracked – delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. As a guide:
- Europe: usually 3–7 working days after dispatch
- Rest of World: usually 6–12 working days after dispatch

All prices are in GBP. Any free-shipping promotions or thresholds will be shown at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by local authorities.
- We cannot mark orders as “gift” or misstate values on customs forms.

United States — 10% Import Duty (effective 29 August 2025): For US destinations, a 10% “Import Duty (US)” charge is added at checkout to help cover applicable US import charges and expedite customs clearance. Any additional local/state taxes or carrier handling fees are not included and may still be payable by the recipient.
Tracking & Updates
- You’ll receive an order confirmation and a dispatch email with tracking once your parcel leaves us.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after you receive your tracking number.
Address Issues & Delivery Attempts
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can update addresses before dispatch—contact us promptly.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or an uncollected item, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item(s) minus the original shipping cost.
Delays, Missing, or Damaged Parcels
- Delays can occur due to peak seasons, weather, strikes, customs, or local carrier backlogs.
- If your UK tracking hasn’t updated for 7 working days after dispatch (or 15 working days for International), please contact us so we can investigate.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents so we can help.
Split Shipments
To speed things up, we may ship large orders in multiple parcels. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
Pre-Orders / Backorders (if applicable)
Pre-order/backorder items will show an estimated availability on the product page. Orders containing these items will dispatch once they’re ready. If timelines change, we’ll keep you updated.
Packaging
We pack models securely with protective materials to help ensure they arrive in great condition. Where possible, we use right-sized packaging to reduce waste.
