FAQs

We know hobbyists have questions about resin miniatures, ordering, and painting. Here are the answers to the most common ones—straight from our workshop.

1. What scale are your miniatures?

Most of our miniatures are designed at 28–32mm scale, making them fully compatible with popular tabletop systems like Warhammer, D&D, and other grim-dark or fantasy wargames. Each product listing includes size details where relevant.

2. What material do you use?

We print all of our miniatures using a Premium Siraya ABS-Like resin.

This material offers:
- High durability and strength compared to standard resin
- Crisp detailing for painting
- A smoother surface finish that holds primer and paint beautifully

3. Are your models proxies for other games?

Yes—many of our sculpts are designed as proxies for use in popular grim-dark and fantasy systems. While not official models, they are fully compatible in scale and style. Always check your local club or tournament rules if you plan to use proxies in competitive play.

4. Do the models come assembled?

No, our models are shipped unassembled and unpainted. This allows hobbyists full control over assembly, conversions, and painting. Parts are cleaned, cured, and ready for you to build and paint.

5. How durable are resin miniatures?

Traditional resins can be brittle, we use a Premium ABS-Like resin which provides far greater toughness and flexibility. Treat them with the same care as plastic miniatures—avoid high drops—but expect sturdier results than older resin models.

6. Do I need to clean or sand the models before painting?

All models are washed and fully UV cured before leaving our workshop. You might find that larger models might require some light sanding to remove small support marks. A quick rinse in warm soapy water before priming is recommended for best paint adhesion.

7. How long does it take to ship my order?

Because every miniature is made to order, production typically takes 3–5business days before shipping, though you will routinely see us dispatching same day for smaller or more popular items that we hold stock of. Delivery times then depend on your location (UK orders are usually 1–2 days after dispatch, international may vary).

8. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Yes—if your model arrives damaged or defective, contact us within as soon as possible and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

9. Do you accept custom requests?

We love custom requests! We can scale up or down specific items, or even adjust mirroring for specific parts if required. We also provide a Custom Project service, just get in touch to discuss!

10. Can I order wholesale or bulk?

Yes—we work with gaming clubs and retailers. Contact us for wholesale pricing or bulk orders.

11. Where can I see your miniatures painted?

Check out our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok channels for painting showcases, hobby tips, and community highlights. We also feature customer photos in our blog.
